As is well known, the activity of the "Sassari Rescue, Health Assistance and Fire Prevention Service" involves the constant processing of personal data "particulars" belonging to people with various pathologies that can be classified in the category envisaged by Article 9 of the GDPR.

b) EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), issued with the aim of define a common framework on the protection of personal data for all Member States and proposes to standardize and harmonize the discipline within the European Union.
The regulation, in force since 25 May 2018, is mandatory and directly applicable in all member states and, in the absence - currently - of a national legislation dictated in its implementation, may be integrated with the provisions contained in Legislative Decree 196/2003, provided that they are not conflicting.
Given the above, pursuant to articles 12, 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016, which the "Sassari Aid, Health Care and Fire Fighting" Association -, as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 4 nr.7 art. 13 and 24 in person of the Board of Directors - President and Directors, wishes to inform you that Sassari Soccorso holds and processes personal data protected by the aforementioned regulations and below reports the policies implemented for the processing of personal data that are collected in order to carry out the activity in question .
a) The information is provided only for the Site and not for other sites websites that may be consulted by the User via links on the Site. This section of the site illustrates the methods of processing the personal data of users who interact with the Sassari Soccorso site and the thematic and special portals connected to it. The indications concern the types of data processed, the methods of treatment and their conservation, the data concerning the data controller and the data protection officer, and the information useful for the protection of one's rights regarding the processing of personal data . The Data Controller undertakes to respect and protect the confidentiality of the data provided, treating them in compliance with the provisions of the law suitable for guaranteeing the security, accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the purposes of the treatment. 1. Types of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but which by their very nature could allow to identify users.
This category of data includes: a) IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, b) the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, c) the time of the request, d) the method used to submit the request to the server, e) the size of the file obtained in response, f) the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error) and g) other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

In accordance with the provisions of the legislation, these subjects ensure levels of experience, skills and reliability such as to guarantee compliance with the current provisions on processing, including the profile of data security.
